In rare instances of misuse or activity that risks the reliability of the platform for others, we may take reasonable steps to protect overall stability—this can include temporary rate-limiting, optimization guidance, or offering an upgraded/custom plan more appropriate for sustained high demand.

Some features rely on third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics, email/SMS). Their policies, limits, and fees may also apply.

Prohibited or Abusive Use (Examples)

To protect platform performance, the following are not allowed:

• Hosting or proxying content primarily intended for file distribution (e.g., mass file hosting, torrents).
• Running high-volume APIs/CDNs or serving machine-generated bulk content for other sites/apps.
• Automated scraping, bulk reposting, spam, or deceptive SEO schemes.
• Malicious payloads, malware, DDoS activity, or attempts to evade security measures.
• Content that violates laws, the rights of others, or our Terms/Privacy policies.
• Adult content, hate content, or other restricted categories as defined in our Terms.

1) What “Lifetime” Means

If Spark AI is sunset, merged, or replaced, we’ll provide a reasonable migration path or equivalent value where feasible.

2) What’s Included

• One (1) production website (add-on sites available separately).

• Fair Use resource levels as defined in our Fair Use Policy.

3) Not Included

4) Transferability & Accounts

• The lifetime license is tied to one account and is non-transferable except with our prior written consent (e.g., a business asset sale).

• Resale or public offering of lifetime seats is prohibited.

5) Refunds

• Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. We encourage you to try the free tier first.

6) Abuse & Termination

• Accounts must comply with our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Fair Use Policy.

• We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful, abusive, or prohibited use after notice (unless emergency action is needed to protect the platform).

7) Changes to the Offer

• We may adjust or end the lifetime promotion at any time for new purchasers. Existing lifetime members retain their benefits under these terms.
